Paver packages

All packages below include up to 500 sq. ft. of sod around new patio.

Package 1:     $

360 sq. ft. (18'x20') Ground level patio.

Includes all material and labor including installation, polymetric sand in joints, clean up and up to 500 sq. ft. of sod installed. Add a fire pit for only $

Package 2:       $

400 sq. ft (20'x20') Ground level patio including a 7'x3' landing with up to 2 steps as well as 24' of double sided sitting wall, 21" high.

Includes all material and labor including installation, polymetric sand in joints, clean up and up to 500 sq. ft. of sod installed. Add a fire pit for only $

Package 3:       $

600 sq. ft. (20'x30') Ground level patio including a 7'x3' landing with up to 2 steps as well as 24' of double sided sitting wall, 21" high with a stone pillar on each end of sitting wall capped with a limestone cap.

Includes all material and labor including installation, polymetric sand in joints, clean up and up to 500 sq. ft. of sod installed. Add a fire pit for only $

All above packages are using selected styles only.  Prices do not include removing existing patio and/or landscaping.

All packages above as with all of our hardscaping using Techo-Bloc products have a transferable LIFETIME warranty!
